We had a wonderful stay in a perfectly located hotel, steps away from a charming neighborhood. The hotel is situated in an attractive suburb, on Amsterdam street, in close proximity to a handsome park with a duck pond. The room was tastefully decorated, with a nice balance of modern convenience and art deco charm. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast at Nosh cafe was basic but tasty. We enjoyed the quiet streets outside the hotel.

The air conditioning had a mind of its own, not cooling the room below 23.5 degrees.

We loved the evening snacks in our room - a nice touch! However, we did have to wait a bit for hot water in the shower. The location was great, with easy access to the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods. The staff, especially Alberto, were attentive and friendly. The complimentary coffee and cocktails were a nice bonus. Despite minor drawbacks like the small room and dark hallway, our overall experience was positive. We'll definitely consider staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for sightseeing and dining. Helpful and friendly staff with good recommendations. Free wifi and streaming services available. Access to a nearby gym is a bonus. a great hotel for exploring the city.

loved the lively neighborhood, friendly staff, and beautiful interior. Turn-down service and complementary breakfast were nice touches. Great location for exploring bars, restaurants, and Parque México. Definitely recommend staying here.

Air conditioning on floor two had smell issues.
